Space(s) will be assigned based upon your event needs and the overall availability of the Samberg Conference Center. The system will automatically factor in 90 minutes of set-up and break-down time - please enter the actual start and end times for your event.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to Building E52 façade-related repairs, the Center will be able to offer limited availability from April 1, 2024 to approximately March 1, 2025. During this period, reservations will be accepted Monday-Saturday for evening events only. The Center is available for both daytime and evening events on Sundays during this time period. The weekend food and beverage minimum starts at $3500 per day, but can be higher based upon the number of rooms reserved. Scaffolding will be present around the building during this time period, with the potential to obscure views and to impact terrace access. The scaffolding will be installed in phases around the perimeter of the building beginning March 2024. This work may impact access to the 7th floor terrace and (again) does have the potential to obscure views on both the 6th and 7th floors.
